Committing to job descriptions, especially with new hires. Can't hire somebody providing certain criteria, then going and changing the whole company structure. That planning didn't happen overnight.

Increasing it would be a good start. It may sound good on paper but its barely keeping up with the tax limits and inflation.Find a way to not tax overtime hours, hat's just cruel at this point. I know, limited area of influence.Also, transport allowance?CT is a bad alternative,very inconvenient.

Less threatening about PIPs. We get that if we don't get our numbers, we'll be put on a Performance Plan. But from day 1, I have been threatened with PIPs... even before onboarding.

Nepotism, Demoralization, Increase in commission rather than decrease in them quarter after quarter due to that so many intelligent minds have left KT . This the one who stay for 5 years in inbound has said 'I learn alot but didn't earn alot as the commission goes down and down for PK employees.

They valuing their agents more. Offering better compensation and commission plans to their agents so agents can make more money and work without any financial stress. Rather than just lowering down the commission
