What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care for one another and work well helping eachother through challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should incorporate a bonus program for all those that support our commission based employees. IMO
What makes you most happy at work?
Exceeding expectations of my leadership, growing and developing my team to be the best they can be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard work, they have a DWIT mentality and deal with a lot of change as best they can.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication down needs to improve. Lack of transparency on why, and lack of comms around change management. When change happens here, we have to find out about it through the grapevine.
