I've been here for several years, and thoroughly enjoy working on Motive's positive impact in the world utilizing various technology and working alongside incredibly smart, kind people. Also, the opportunity to work remotely is great for work/life balance.

They are funny, kind and supportive.

The transparency, good sense of humor, and everyone working towards the same end goals.

They are smart people who have a sense of humor, and are super helpful/supportive. No drama.

The ability to work remotely and option to go into the office (but mainly working remotely).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support given, open collaboration, rewards for hard work, and the diversity efforts put forth by everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are transparent with company status/communication, they value our opinions and action on them, and are supportive and approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our comp (cash/rsus) and unlimited pto and not having to come into work at all (working from home is the BEST).
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do, knowing I'm making a positive, tangible impact in the world. Also, just being surrounded by great people.

I like the transparency of the team, and how they ensure we are constantly aware of any changes within the company, positive or negative.

The autonomy to do my job, the support given to me by everyone, and being able to work remotely (esp during covid times like these).

Transparency, working with smart yet humble people, and the support given, as well as the autonomy. Also, the strides we make to be more diverse and inclusive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard, but have fun doing it. Easy to get along with. Not competitive. Also, I learn from them everyday, and get to work alongside smart people with no egos.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the level of transparency. The economy has a lot of unknowns right now, so it's always helpful to have open communication with the employees about where we are as a company and how we are dealing with the situation at hand.
