What did you like most about the interview process? They allowed me to express my opinions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The volunteers around me are great
What makes you most happy at work? When I don't see or hear from my bosses. When I can just go into work, get my work done, & go home. You'd be surprised how rare this is
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?no sense of growth for anyone that hasn't worked there for at least 10 years. upper management chooses favorites. no raises unless you become a manager or other major promotion. inflexible with work from home. makes you come into the office to sit around and do nothing all day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?you will be underpaid by at least $5k-$10k and be expected to do considerably more work than listed in your job description
What does the leadership team need to get better at?contribute more than just sitting in meetings and delegating to underpaid employees
