    no sense of growth for anyone that hasn't worked there for at least 10 years. upper management chooses favorites. no raises unless you become a manager or other major promotion. inflexible with work from home. makes you come into the office to sit around and do nothing all day.

    you will be underpaid by at least $5k-$10k and be expected to do considerably more work than listed in your job description

    contribute more than just sitting in meetings and delegating to underpaid employees
