MyEyeDr. Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy interacting with the patients

I love what I do but I hate doing it for this company. What makes me most happy is leaving each day.

It brings me joy to help patients solve their vision problems.

The great doctors and the workers

Helping customers with their needs

Working with my team and all of the patients lives we are able to impact.

Not being behind on seeing patients in a timely manner. My pet peeve is running behind 20 to 40 minutes seeing patients. However; today's patience do not arrive early for their appointments even if it is suggested when booking the appointment. Online scheduling also is very inefficient and confusing

When i fet work hrs and treted nice

Making people happy at work

The camaraderie with my fellow coworkers.

Patients care and the dedication to the patient.

I enjoy my young staff

THE FACT I CAN COME AND HELP PEOPLE SEE BECAUSE I WENT 4 YRS WITHOUT CONTACTS AND IT REALLY CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE

the patients when theyre able to finally see when they pick up their glasses.

Review from Operations Dept

Making customers happy and satisfied with their glasses

Knowing i have made a differce in the life of others

Seeing a patient get their new glasses and be able to see well.

I enjoy may job duties and I am never bored.

try to give patients my best knowledge

Review from Sales Dept

Our CEO is so genuine and very much still uberly involved in improving

Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stop called, emailing, texting patients so often. Many patients complained about the bombardment to the point they asked to be removed as a patient.

Customer service can be improved and working as team players need to be placed. Making the work environment positive not negative.

Full time employees working 16-30 hours per week is unacceptable

CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES. If Employees feel valued, they will value the patient. MED has lost that focus. Drop into any office outside of NC or VA to see how and what a typical day looks like. They fluff the offices when upper mgmt fly in.

Review from Operations Dept

Management needs to stop "fixing" minor problems and realize employee moral continuing to plummet will push customers further away. Treating your employees as disposable causes them to treat customers in the same fashion. Moral needs to raise as a start of improvement.

I mentioned everything in all of my previous remarks

Gicing the coworkers and managers attitudes

Stop trying to over sell everything, you don't know a person situation so tring to get everyone to take photos or get in the highest lens is not a good then. To me it seems like some people that come to our office to help out overcharge patients to get more commision.

Staffing is razor thin. Hire more and devote more hours to training.

New manager or send manager for training

Review from Sales Dept

General manager needs training and supervision

Review from Operations Dept

Everything honestly. We are treated like disposable gloves.

What do you like best about your company?

My direct coworkers and team work

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
