Accessible and communicative with rank and file employees
The senior district manager tried her best to accomadare their need
My direct supervisor believes in me and supports my growth
TBH, when they are on vacation. The micromanaging and negative feedback about not doing enough or you need to be better here or here, not meeting average sale per patient, KPIs or daily goals.

I was already an employee there when we were bought out by them, so can't speak to thr interviewing process myself for out current company

It was thorough and positive
My previous District Manager made our interview more of a conversation than a formal interview. He was very prompt with response during my interview process and had very consistent communication.
Getting to meet the office before i started.
The promise of a better worklife balance however it was untrue.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job as a whole and interacting with people to help improve their lives by providing a service to help nake them better.

I enjoy interacting with the patients
I love what I do but I hate doing it for this company. What makes me most happy is leaving each day.
