What is the best part about your compensation package?
benefits are great -- much better than the competition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are deplorable, and it takes too long to vest.
Nacha's pay is not worth the pain
The CEO and a few other staff are paid very well. Everyone else, pittance
Benefit package is mediocre and requires too mich time before vesting

Wven though the company exceeds revenue expectations, annual pay increases are laughable.
I am expected to work three jobs. I am not being compensated for any of them.

Annual pay increases are not in line with inflation and benefits are at best mediocre
Even though I got an excellent review my salary increase did not keep up with inflation.
They should cover all of our benefit costs for spouses and individuals, considering the mediocre total benefit package.
If they covered all of our benefits and provided a better benefits package.
