Meetings consist of incompetent managers listing demands while a few people are left to pick up the pieces.
Some coworkers should actually work instead of demanding work product then taking credit for it
People who are running meetings should come prepared (at least with an agenda) and view it is a conversation instead of listing their demands.
I am regularly berated and disrepectef by coworkers. My manager says that is just the way they are and it is on me to change their behavior
Get rid of their sense of entitlement that certain employees are there to do their work that they get to take credit for.
