People who are running meetings should come prepared (at least with an agenda) and view it is a conversation instead of listing their demands.
I am regularly berated and disrepectef by coworkers. My manager says that is just the way they are and it is on me to change their behavior

There are no clear systems of authority. I am convinced managment's bonus is based on the number of unnecessary emails and meetings they send.
Actually be realistic about what can be accomplished in time frames instead of piling on work.
