We can laugh about things. Regardless of the (sometimes overwhelming) amount of samples we process, we keep each other positive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They ended the interview on a positive note with a nonsensical question. It helped diffuse the tension I felt throughout the process, and made me feel like they cared about putting candidates at ease.

The leadership team on 1st shift is highly competent and attuned to the needs of the team. They're always doing their best to keep us informed and up to date on company goals, policies, and procedures.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're so diverse! There is an amazing array of experiences and cultures within the team I work with. We learn so much from each other and about each other. The diversity ensures that someone is always looking at the work from a unique perspective, often in ways that lead to valuable improvements.
