What did you like most about the interview process?It was quick, efficient, and thorough.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I didn't work much with the leadership team, but the CEO was very kind and friendly. He often worked with the editorial team on various projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was an intern and felt my direct supervisor was always frustrated with me. And as an intern, I was compensated with a low hourly pay, so it was hard to even work effectively most days.
