Client has no clue what happens on our side. If they only knew, things would change.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to pretend they want to learn the job. They are just here for a paycheck because it pays more than McDonalds.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To realize that all employees are not the same. Currently I would say 80% of the employees at my level all make the EXACT same pay. There are people with experience working amongst us who were shafted on pay.
