Coming out of a pandemic I expected to see more from the company towards its employees, I am underwhelmed as the company appears to only care about one thing which is going public. We have become a number not a person.

They are focused on their goal to take the company public.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is very close, we get on well, and support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing improvements in our tool for both employees (using the back end tools) and customers (using the app)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The excuse here is we are a start-up, this is a fast-paced company. Working 12-15 hour days every day, not hiring enough people unless they are in Sales is starting to be draining. There are no resources unless you are in Sales.
