This company can be absolutely incredible, but management need to start listening to consultants about things that desperately need improving. There are quite a few things that need to be changed, but once they are, this will be a company that you never want to leave.

How everyone is so likeminded so when we do go out, we all have a good time

How open we are and there is never a moment where I am afraid to ask a question.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 8 years experience as a consultant and am getting paid the same as someone who has never worked a day in travel. I help with AAL whenever it is busy + do my normal role and that seems to get overlooked. It is rather insulting and offensive.
