I am an expat and I am very happy to have been relocated in the Dublin offices. I think Dublin is the silicon valley of Europe and there is a real exchange of knowledge, cultures and friendship between people. I love meet our other colleagues while travelling in the others TripActions offices.

We are all very careful to each other, we help and motivate each other and are always open to learn from each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we have our own MANAGER for our position and not direct the directors, VP, RVP...etc it's the MAIN reason why people stay in the company because those managers care about our results, coach us, but also care about our feeling and therefore help us stay motivated in the company.
