I had a nice welcome gift with very nice travel amenities with our company logo.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's super fast and everyone is enthusiastic about how fast the company is growing. But everyone is happy to work hard to move forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here works very hard toward the common goal. We are going through a very typical growing pain but I strongly believe that we can overcome together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are a tech company but also a travel company. I love the fact that we have an annual travel stipend and not to mention we have a pet-friendly office with pet insurnace!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always try to keep our values and missions very clear to the entire company despite the fact that we are growing so fast on a weekly basis. They have clear direction on company goals and keep everyone inspired.
