What are some of the best things about your team?
People are very smart, everyone has a different background, so it brings together great collaboration and fresh eyes to each new project or situation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work among us, they are attentive, they want to know our opinions and they really do try to make sure everyone know what is going on in the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Friendly clients and co-workers, stocked kitchen, learning something new everyday and wanting to be part of that new and innovative company. Oh and seeing dogs on occasion puts a smile on my face too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Upfront, honest and fast paced. I had 3 interviews and a job offer within 2 weeks time. Appreciated it was understood I wasn't going to burn a bridge with my old company and give them the proper 2 week notice before starting this new adventure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and willing to help. As someone new, you jump in rather quickly and need others to assist and point me in the right direction. Here at TripActions we have that. People left and right are willing to drop what they are doing to help you find the right path and best answer.
