What is the best part about your compensation package?
When I was interviewing, TripActions was very competitive and was willing to entertain a discussion around what I thought was fair compensation for my skill level. It felt much more like a conversation than a negotiation.
What makes you most happy at work?
My company trusts me to make smart decisions for myself and the prospects and customers I work with. I feel like I have flexibility, but I also have a strong desire to perform well for the good of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like everyone in leadership truly cares about not only my success but also my happiness. It is my first time working for a company that consistently takes the time to slow down, think about what is right, and ensure the delivery is executed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They pulled me out of the office environment at the beginning of the interview and had conversations with me in a more casual setting. I feel like I got to know the people I interviewed with at a personal level and that they got to know me better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleagues are considerate, smart, and a little weird. There are a variety of personality types and people from many different backgrounds, which creates an fun dynamic. I'm often surprised at the answers I get from colleagues because they think in different ways. It's something I find valuable.
