Everyone has amazing energy about what they do and I thrive on everyones enthusiasm, it gives me so much positive energy.

Knowing exactly what the company needed for my particular role. They were very honest and nothing was hidden of what their needs were.

I love that they really make themselves available to all their team and really APPRECIATE all of the hard work that the employees do. TripActions has an AMAZING leadership team.

Coming to work with such an amazing team. I have worked for many companies but I have to say this has been the most exciting company I have worked for.

The best part of my team is that everyone always pitches in no matter if its their job or not. I really appreciate when they are willing to help no matter what. I have the best team ever...

How everyone was so involved in making sure that they got the right person for the job. I know there were many people interviewing for this position so I do feel very fortunate to have been offered the job.

We all work as a team, and never are questions asked, when someone needs help we all pitch in no matter what the issue or situation is. I love my team, and grateful and honored to work with them everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work as hard as the rest of the team. They really are leaders and they step in to take care of issue. I admire that they make employees happiness in the work place a very high priority. I feel very lucky to work under such an amazing leadership.
