I'm genuinely impressed and inspired by our leadership team, which continues to evolve with the growth of the company. It's an honor to work with such motivated and accomplished individuals, and fantastic to see managers from all types of different backgrounds working together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We bring together all the great aspects of working for a promising Tech company in Palo Alto with all of the excitement of working in the travel industry. I love having access to insider knowledge for my next trip while also learning about all the latest technologies.
What makes you most happy at work?
The food! There's always fresh fruit, catered lunches, plenty of snacks and when I'm busy my coworkers even bring my morning coffee and meals straight to my desk for me (my peers and even direct superiors have done this for me on several occasions, just because they're awesome).
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a very clear desire on the part of the recruitment team to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The attention to detail was impressive - the welcome note on the wall when I first came in, the complimentary swag bag, and the follow up phone calls all gave the process a personal touch.
