Great benefits, pay is good. They see people as numbers though and don't give the impression of caring about work/life balance. It's as if you're thought to be lazy if you're not working obscene amounts of overtime or if you ask for time off to be with family and just be away for a minute.

The respect and appreciation for each other within our direct team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing really. Expected to conduct far too many interviews with people that are not qualified.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They stay away from the front lines. You don't have to worry about them in your space.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executive management should include front line staff so they know what's really happening. They way too disconnected so don't realize how their decisions truly impact staff. Don't consider the ridiculous changes when determining performance.
