The team is great and we work together to support operations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall culture of the company is good the problem in local leadership that affects morale.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Felt comfortable and effortless. They also take into consideration other work experience that does not have anything to do with banking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Branch management is usually unsupervised so a lot of things happen that unfortunately go unaccounted for. Regional management needs to be more present in branches.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The majority of new employees come in getting paid the same as employees that have been in the company for a long time. Benefits are good but can always be better and I leave accrual is too low.
