Provided opportunity to ask questions and ability to show my talents.
It was honest and transparent
How positive my interviewers were
Opening question was a fun ice breaker instead of a "tell me about yourself".
Was able to speak to 2 current employees and gain insight about new position.
Personable and comfortable for most
The interviewer was a great listener
What I liked most about the interview process is that it was not lengthy
Felt comfortable and effortless. They also take into consideration other work experience that does not have anything to do with banking.
I appreciated the recruiters responsiveness
Common questions, easy going interview
Nothing really. Expected to conduct far too many interviews with people that are not qualified.
Down to earth attitude at the interview.
You catch the positive vibe right away. You’re welcomed and made to feel so comfortab
Applying online and able to uplod resume
It was a very positive experience
They will require you to introduce your experience
I like that we receive face to face feedback if we apply internally:
Review from Operations Dept
i was made feel comfortable
Although it was intimidating, it was also very laid back.
Review from Operations Dept
Interviews were arbitrary. My interviewers definitely lied to me about the nature of the job
Branch Operation trainers are usually brought into the interview process. Some of them rig everything in favor of their friend their hiring. Some will even sexually harass other trainers until they leave in order to make room for their friend. They have openly boasted of this tactic.
You need to be clear that you only one internal folks instead of external folks
The steep and difficult hoops you have to jump through to reach a level 1-5 shpuldnt be another interview entirely. Unless its for a leadership position it seems unfair to allow that growth or to offer it to someone from the outside over someone applying within!
