The market speaks for itself, aslong as there glassdoor and sites such as this one you will know your fair market value for your position and a good bit of us are grossly underpaid. All we need is market value compensation or close to it.
There needs to be more transparency in rates of pay. Management needs to have the authority and budget, to adjust pay rates accordingly, if necessary.

the higher ups get huge bonuses and annual raises while the people who actually make the company work must fight for scraps which are routinely denied so there is more money for the big shots to share
