Reword for hard work. Raise to keep up with inflation.
As a dedicated employee of 25 yrs my pride and respect has dwindled to a point where i feel im just a number with a target on my back
The market speaks for itself, aslong as there glassdoor and sites such as this one you will know your fair market value for your position and a good bit of us are grossly underpaid. All we need is market value compensation or close to it.

Management needs to balance work loads. Cronyism ramped in company
There's too much of 'not my responsibility'. If the different subdivisions worked more as one team, and less as 'this is my corner that I work in' then we could actually accomplish a lot more. There's too much internal back and forth.

Properly staff the teams, stop burning out the rock star employees, and reinvent all business processes from the client backwards into NCR. Focus on speed and accuracy of execution, and for God Sakes hold accountability within the business teams.
Processes are always slow and everything is old school with little improvements.
