What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being responsive to employee needs and identifying good employees for promotion and training opportunities. They like to maintain the status quo and never do things any differently, so that there are never any new ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?To be paid based on my level of education and experience, being recognized for my contributions by receiving better pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They should be more emotionally mature and learn to follow the rules, but part of the problem is the leadership. They often do not enforce the rules that they say are important.
