What is the best part about your compensation package?

The fact that they take the time to reevaluate the benefits package often to make sure it is still the best option and works with their employees.

I get paid well for my job and having monthly happy hours as well as other fun company perks like the kegerator are great.

The company provides appropriate and generous bonuses to their employees who have genuinely impacted the business in a positive way. If you put the time and effort in at NEE, it does not go unnoticed and generally comes back to reward you through the bonus.

401k matching share and bonuses for hitting a mark also ongoing, education.

Commission, though it is no guarantee

Great base pay that pays the bills and bonus structure is icing on the cake.
