What makes you most happy at work?
Getting all of my tasks completed and helping others is what I love. The variety of my job is excited, I am never bored at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here is committed to their own and the companies success. I wouldn't classify anyone as a slacker and have no issues with anyone here. My coworkers are hard working, respectful, and dedicated to their job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple and direct. My interviewer saw this as an opportunity to have a conversation and to see if my personality fit in with the rest of the team. It was simple and straight forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team really work together to help their employees succeed. They are always trying to evolve their communication and best practices to be the best they can be. The CEO is very hard working and down to earth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really encourage their employees to take time off and spend time with their family. They offer a free day off if you take a selfie while doing a fun activity with someone else and it really represents the culture. They are always giving out free swag to everyone for outstanding performance.
