The joking around, relating to and complaining about the same things, feeling like everyone has each others' backs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
For me, it was very fast; however, hiring and onboarding can take a while longer when the company is extremely busy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extremely professional and effective and getting the job done. We have many impressive victories as a team and thanks to their leadership, and yet the execs do not feel out of touch or haughty. Seems to me to exist a culture of openness to feedback.
