We are like a well-oiled machine, working in tandem toward common goals. We lift as we climb as well, helping each other learn and do each of our respective jobs better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I rated my interviews "easy" because my conversation with every individual with whom I spoke was easy. That's not to say the questions were not challenging. It's just that the conversations were easy to hold.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All very professional and very smart; all goal-oriented and focused on the same Company goals. All super busy and always looking for ways to accel but also willing to take the time to teach others along the way.
