Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy coming to work everyday getting to work with great people who are driven by the company's mission and core values. We are extremely motivated, but also take time to enjoy time with each other. I feel that I am progressing in my career and getting compensated fairly.

Our leadership team are the hardest working individuals at the company and lead by example.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with the CEO and ask him directly about the culture and future of the Company.

My team members are collaborative and high performing. We understand individual and team goals and work collectively to achieve both.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is competitive in the market and the bonus is tied to company and personal performance which is motivating.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with amazing team members across the Company and knowing the work we are doing is positively impacting the environment.

Annual Bonus is in part tied to the Company's performance, so I feel a tangible benefit as the Company does better, which motivates me.

The people at the company create the positive environment. We make an effort to do a company event a month to connect with each other.

Coming to work knowing that our company is making an impact on the world driven by our mission and core values. Also happy knowing that I am growing professionally everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with are smart and capable. I can depend on them to performance at a high level. We also take time to celebrate the wins and understand when we need to step and on gas to hit a deadline vs. on the brakes to recharge.
