Even if the others don't tell me, I can feel and see that the others are better compensated than I am. And I work more and my work has even better quality. I even feel like they just hire me because my intial asking was so much lower.

Basic pay is lower than what's on the market, and promotions don't necessarily involve a pay raise (you'll have to spend months in that new position first before they bump your pay).

I feel like the salary increase does not fully match the amount of work, effort, and responsibilities being handled. It would help if compensation had a clearer connection to workload, performance, and contributions to the team.

Qualifying leads before they are sent to SBC, educating reps in all departments of the roles of each department. The ability to directly interact with management from other departments to ask questions or report concerns.

Most of them are not professionals. They need to be more independent and get better at collaboration, respect everyone's time. I have seen the hiring bar lowering from last few years and this will keep on repeating as we are out of good interviewers right now.

Professionalism, less of boot licking, working for the growth rather than to impress, PMs are not taking risks, business has become stagnant, hire good folks. People who were literally 10x times more productive and had the business understanding were let go of.

- Development is done quick & dirty which means lots of Support - The Support needs are not planned for, well understood or communicated - Development resources work on both Development and Support - Support needs are dynamic and this is disruptive to Develpment - old processes can't keep up
