Encouraging more independent thinking, constructive feedback, and less blind adherence to rigid top-down directives, Fostering a workplace culture where staff feel empowered to question bad policies rather than just quietly accepting them

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

he rigid corporate structure creates a disconnect with local stations, stretching staff thin. Empowering local management with more autonomy and providing better resources for training and equipment maintenance would greatly improve efficiency.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improving transparent, top-down communication during technical transitions and structural changes. Leadership needs to focus on actively listening to frontline feedback, providing clear pathways for internal growth, and better aligning employee compensation with industry standards to improve morale

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The current compensation does not accurately reflect the market rate for the technical skill sets required, especially as operational expectations and workloads continue to increase. To feel valued, compensation should be adjusted to match competitive industry standards and scale fairly with expande
