hate the environment. nothing is ever good enough.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
not having hour long meetings taking up time from producing the shows.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
health care is great. co-pays are super low and almost all medication is covered.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
not being hateful, derogatory toward employees. better wages, or more bonuses and pay raises when you've been there longer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communicating their actual expectations with employees, not being degrading or humiliating in front of everyone. have WAY TOO HIGH of expectations. managers don't understand how much time and effort it takes to put a show together and don't understand how things work on a day to day basis.
