What do you like best about the leadership team?
The highest levels of leadership (John Hanke, Phil Keslin etc.) really believe in the vision that drives the company. It's palpable, admirable, and motivating.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall a very friendly, smart bunch of people who are driven and want to surf the leading edge of technology, culture, gaming and narrative. A rare collective with lots of positive energy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is good enough that I don't really have to think about it and can focus on the work -- but not good enough that I can retire today. That's probably the right balance...
