Overall, I quite enjoy being at niantic. It's the dream job I didn't know I wanted, and I would not want to be anywhere else.

My team is filled with people passionate about what they do and about encouraging growth and learning new things.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to be part of a company that I believe actually wants to make a difference in the world. They want to bring all that support and make sure that everyone at the company has seen how amazing meetups and gatherings of our players are.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Seeing the office for the first time, I got nothing but good vibes. From the police box door to the person at reception chating about anime happy to put people in a relaxed state for what was a fairly normal interview process. It was the first silicon valley interview I did, and they did it well.
