Managers and leadership have started to pay more attention to the IT department and its needs. Fresh applications and technology are leaping out.
The culture has started to pick up and I see a lot of young bright folks joining the BUY organisation. This in my opinion is a welcome change. The newer folks are well equipped to take the organisation to a new height! It just needs some more time with them.
