What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Encouraging and rewarding innovation (current culture punishes it); aligning support functions against market-driven goals vs. current state of functional tyranny; clearing out incompetent senior managers and "survivors" who manage up well but often lack even basic managerial and leadership skills
