My time with this company has been encouraging, collaborative and fun.

There are ebbs/ flows here at Nightingale here at Nightingale because I am not only working on myself as a human-being, but Nightingale also is similarly constantly working on itself. We're all human under this umbrella and it shows but the transparency that allows us to connect make it all worth it

It has been a positive experience so far

The team I work with is amazing and aligned on goals, mission, and kind communication. I'd love to see more willingness for cross-collaboration and communication across various departments, especially as the company grows.

They genuinely care about the people they are employing. Not just surface level but their entire wellbeing.

My Director invests in all of me as opposed to just me as an employee. They encourage me to find alignment with Nightingale's Impact, Purpose, and Pathway outside of a work context, which has helped me heal in different ways outside of my 9-5. This also has lead me to feel further aligned w/ my role

How honest and transparent they are

Transparency and commitment to values. I'd love to learn even more about the company's 1, 3, and 5 year vision + strategy, which would help me be more aligned with their goals.

Not just great coverage but multiple different resources available to us.

The Wellness time is extremely helpful, as well as the LOA time for employees that need to take off due to disability. I also greatly value the 401K in these unpredictable times of the economy.

My team is collaborative, dedicated, and forever looking within a lens of growth. There feels to be no hierarchy, even with the levels of experience between peers. It is truly a co-working space in my team. Everyone is dedicated to the Purpose of Nightingale even if there is disagreement ever.

We're all a little quirky, but good people and designers

The team is highly adaptable, genuinely passionate about their work, and consistently kind and supportive in their collaboration

They are driven and reliable. They complete the tasks they are assigned and look for ways to improve.

We all come from different places and backgrounds, but you can tell that we all have genuine respect for each other.

Everyone is committed towards the same goal. Even if there are bumps in the world, I can confidently say my team would be able to look passed their differences to move forward towards our goals together, We keep each other motivated and also support one another no matter our differences.
