Everyone one communicates well with each other; there is a lot of transparency, and respect for each other.

Collaborative, Productive, and goal-oriented group of people.
I enjoy the variety of workshops that give collaborators the chance to explore other departmental functions, focus on personal wellness, discover what motivates us, and understand how those drivers contribute to a thriving team environment.
Everyone is committed towards the same goal. Even if there are bumps in the world, I can confidently say my team would be able to look passed their differences to move forward towards our goals together, We keep each other motivated and also support one another no matter our differences.
The culture is friendly, helpful and supportive of one another.
Always striving for personal and professional growth along with work life balance
I am cared for and have developed professional relationships based on mutual care and a shared desire to improve nursing education!

The team aspect as well as focus on student achievement. It is rewarding helping others achieve their dreams.
Everyone want each other to succeed and wants learners to succeed
Values-based. Everyone is here to work for the learners.
That everyone is so positive.
The culture is the best,
There is a lot of grace and room to grow and learn. Your mistakes are there for you to learn from, you don't need to fear punishment.
Everyone is very caring about each other.
Leadership realignment. Its either time for new blood in the mix or they need to really focus on alignment themselves
We need honesty, accountability (LOTS more accountability), value, compensation.
There needs to be someone local at all "hubs" as a contact person when problems arise such as clinical site issues.
