What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I appreciate most about the leadership team is their approachability and genuine investment in employee growth. They foster a supportive, transparent environment where collaborators feel heard, valued, and encouraged to develop both personally and professionally.
They are considerate, willing to adapt and change, and see us and treat us as humans rather then as juat bodies. They really do care about the work we do and us as a team.
EC is available and wants to soeak with everyone; not just those in leadership positions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is that it feels both competitive and thoughtfully designed to support overall well?being. The combination of fair pay, strong benefits, and support for professional growth

What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is the strong sense of collaboration and mutual support. Team members are knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely willing to help one another succeed. There is open communication, shared accountability, and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.

What makes me most happy at work is knowing that my contributions are valued and aligned with a meaningful mission. I enjoy supporting learners in their goal towards becoming a nurse. It's rewarding and I look forward to contributing to their success everyday.
