I feel they are very invested in the learners and the happiness of the employees
I love how the values of Nightingale are not just words on a wall
Always asking how they can be better and implementing those things as best they can

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very fairly compensated and have really great benefits, specifically our insurance benefits.
I feel what we pay for insurance is decent, my favorite part is Garners reimbursement.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so kind to each other and helpful when I have questions. I really enjoy working with my fellow collaborators
How family like we are
we are helping each other and working for a common goal, the learners.
We support each other and there really isn't any drama which I appreciate so much.
