I'm not too familiar with the executive team, but I can honestly say that my faciulty manager is the absolute best.

This team cares about me and sees me as a person, not a number. They care about the balance between my professional life and my family life. I never dread a day of work here.

They are constantly realigning to the company's purpose "Better World through Better Humanity and Better Health." I feel like I am encouraged to prioritize my health and give back in my community.

It's apparent that my leadership team values me as a person; a human. The support I have received has been life changing and eye opening. I have never had any supervisors, or managers, that cared about me as a person. I'm so thankful to work here with the leadership I have.

The 401k match is nice.

From what I am aware of, the package is great.

Hourly wage is greater than institutions around me.

I love having access to Personify Health and Wellbeats classes.

The webinars we have, the options we have for benefits, the matching 401(k), and matching HSA funds.

I think with how the job market is now, along with the rising costs of inflation and housing, that worker compensation should increase as well - especially if the workers are working at high productivity levels.

pay is less than other colleges, makes it hard to hear about all of the executive dinners that happen. I think it would speak volumes to lessen the dinners, make the yearly training virtual, and to route those funds to increasing pay of employees.

Comperable posistions at online universities pay roughly 20K more per year

GE is paid significantly less than NES instructors in comparable positions with comparable qualifications.

They are supportive and innovative.

Everyone wants to be helpful and a quality team.

Everyone is supportive, willing to help the best they can, and will listen and guide.

We all put the learners first.

My team is amazing. We can hold each other accountable, while offering a lot of support to each other. We help each other become better versions of ourselves.

We are supportive for each other. The fellow colaborators have a common mission that we are working toward.

This company is inclusive and encourages authenticity.

I love that we give the learners voices and show them they are the most important part of what we do. Most learners have families, work full-time, and school can't always be the priority. We have the ability to provide the learners with extra support they need to succeed.

There is an aura of support and guidance here. We celebrate the wins, and help each other at the times of loss. We have positive reinforcement. It is truly unlike anywhere I have ever worked.
