For me the best part of my compensation package would be the health insurance. As a type 1 diabetic, insulin and supplies are very costly. With Nightingale's insurance, I'm able to get a full 3-month supply of all my insulin and supplies at no charge to me. That is amazing and saves me so much money

Some of the best things about my team is the community. Although we work remotely, the bond that we share is undeniable. It feels as though we have known one another our entire lives. That is something I've not always experienced with in office work.

Everyone does there best not to disappoint each other. Its kind of like a family.

I would say the most positive about the culture here at Nightingale is feeling supported. It feels safe to "mess up" or make mistakes here. You don't feel like you're getting cut off for being human and not always getting it right100% of the time.

The interview process is similar to that of a multi level marketing company. The recruiter is radiating an energy you don't fully understand until you join the company. I like that the interview is not just focused on technical ability.

The talent acquisition team is very friendly and overall it is a great process.

That it was a panel interview so I got to hear people currently working and their experiences and then I loved the questions are situation geared and allowed me a personal expression and example versus a scripted interview question and response

The only negative is when one of the directors gets grumpy during an interview he lets you know it. Just an odd sensation. Otherwise the interview process was overwhelmingly positive.
