proactive and pro training, as in they consider training important
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the technical aspects and challenges of the job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hmm, well it a culture of excellence, but all so family. I don't feel just like a bottom line dollar amount
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure, it is a pretty good benefit package but I wish there were more training, and more help with retirement
