As a relatively new hire I have had a great experience working with my team. So far management seems very competent and engaged but I also feel I don't know them as well as m y team. That makes perfect sense and I look forward to getting better acquainted with higher ups over time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k matching, which seems dumb, but my previous employer didn't and it felt like a fundamental insult.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm relatively new but I like that they are very visible, they engaging in conversations with everyone from interns on up
What are some of the best things about your team?
They regularly compliment my work, always says "thank you," and generally are friendly and go out of their way to make each other feel appreciated and, of course, all are excellent at what they do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing a project we worked on presented. So many things can linger on for a long time that presentations mean the project is officially done and we can pat ourselves on the back and focus on other things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being "bored" at work some of the time is a good thing as it keeps me from getting burned out by always being over busy. The company seems to recognize the importance of work/life balance and I appreciate that.
