Ability to lead my team with little to no interference from upper management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are innovated and work as a team. If one of our teams needs help, we pull together and help. You never feel alone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is compensation for the the job I do for my client, and as such is payed by the client. I don't feel that I am compensated or acknowledge for my contributions for Noblis as a company or it's business growth.
