Been able to work around my schedule and move tasks around to accomplish pressing issues

They listen to what our views are and use this to help our journey at Noblis
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The policies on DEI, community engagement and employee recognition which I championed while leading the community outreach task force
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make $25,000 less than my value with other entities and also i am paid a bonus of 5% instead of 10% paid by other entities. With the SIP calculation, my 5% is not even given to me, it is less than that.
