What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cooperation and coordination of work. We meet as a team often to discuss status so we are always informed of what's going on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Assisting and supporting team members with whatever they need to do their job well. Tracking status of project deliverables and keeping on schedule.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the communication they convey to us employees. We are always made aware of corporate decisions and anything that will have an affect on our jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very well together. They cooperate and communicate through any system issues that may arise and find solutions. I can count on them to do the work that's assigned to us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I absolutely appreciate the additional 401k company contribution and the immediate vesting. It's allowing me to save more toward my retirement. I also appreciate the yearly bonus we receive around the holiday season. It's so nice to have extra money for gifts for my family.
