I appreciate that the entire leadership team is accessible and approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate a higher base salary that is comparable to the market with years of experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we are in the office, I like that majority of Shared Services are on one floor.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy to know the company is working for the greater good of the country.
